1) Describe the workload:
   - Type (GPU training/inference, CPU batch, rendering, other)
   - Typical job duration and concurrency
2) Estimate monthly compute:
   - Estimated GPU/CPU hours per month
   - Preferred instance class (if known)
3) Performance & storage:
   - Required GPU model / CUDA capability
   - Checkpointing frequency and storage needs
4) Network & latency:
   - Target latency (ms) and regional preference
5) Energy & site info:
   - Preferred host location and available power (kWh/day)
   - Any seasonal variations or availability constraints
6) Contact & timeline:
   - Primary contact name, email, phone
   - Desired start date and project milestones
