Users are responsible for maintaining account security, providing accurate information, complying with applicable laws, and using the platform only for lawful and authorised purposes.
Hosts are responsible for the infrastructure they connect, the accuracy of system information provided, and the lawful operation of their equipment, energy systems, and participation in the network.
Users are responsible for workloads, inputs, data, and tasks submitted to the platform. SolarCompute may restrict, remove, suspend, or reject workloads that are unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or harmful to the service.
Pricing, credits, rates, and calculator outputs are subject to change and should not be interpreted as guaranteed outcomes. Platform economics may vary based on supply, demand, and system conditions.
SolarCompute may modify, interrupt, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
You must not misuse the platform, interfere with system integrity, attempt unauthorised access, submit harmful workloads, or use the network for unlawful or prohibited activities.
SolarCompute may suspend or terminate accounts, access, workloads, or host participation where necessary to protect the platform, enforce rules, or comply with obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolarCompute is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
SolarCompute may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes may indicate acceptance of the updated terms.
